【Important】Registration Guidelines for Returning Students – Semester 114-2

Please carefully review the attached document “Registration Guidelines for Returning Students – Semester 114-2”, which includes information on registration deadlines, tuition and miscellaneous fees, payment methods, tuition fee reductions, student loans, and course selection.
Students are requested to complete all required procedures before the specified deadlines.

🔔 Important Notes:

  • Students who have already graduated are not required to make any payment.

  • Printing of tuition payment slips will be available starting January 29, 2026 (Year 115).
    👉 Tuition payment deadline: February 20, 2026 (Year 115).

  • Please download your payment slip via the Cooperative Bank Tuition Payment System.

  • For payment instructions, please click the provided link.

  • Semester start date: February 23, 2026 (Monday)

  • Academic calendar (Academic Year 114): Please refer to the Academic Calendar

  • Adjusted office hours during winter break:
    ★ From January 26 to February 15, 2026
    ⏰ Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 16:00
    ★ Normal office hours will resume from February 16, 2026 (Monday).

  • Full closure during winter break:
    February 13 – February 22, 2026
    👉 During the Lunar New Year holiday and full closure period, no staff will be on duty.
